One engineering system
Not six apps. One home with understandable behaviour.
We connect engineering systems, sensors and interfaces through shared logic. Scope follows the property brief, not a pre-built gadget catalogue.

Legacy content, rebuilt
Every capability now has a proper home.
Climate, lighting, safety, controls, custom routines and resource use are preserved, with networking, multimedia and autonomy added where the previous site had gaps.
Air conditioning, boilers, floors, radiators, ventilation, humidity and air quality.
Learn moreLighting and shadingBrightness, colour temperature, scenes, sensors, curtains and blinds.
Learn moreSecurity and accessLeaks, smoke and gas, locks, intercoms, cameras, openings and gates.
Learn moreInterfacesPhysical switches, panels, app, voice and automatic routines.
Learn moreNetwork and multimediaSeamless Wi‑Fi, wired network, home cinema, audio and gaming spaces.
Learn moreEnergy and autonomyMetering, load management, backup power and recovery after an outage.
Learn moreCustom automationAppliances, irrigation, pools, saunas, gates and project-specific logic.
Learn moreArchitecture
A routine crosses several systems but remains understandable.
- 01
Event
Time, sensor, button, weather change or user command.
- 02
Local logic
The system checks conditions and selects a safe action.
- 03
Execution
Lighting, climate, an actuator, power or notification respond together.
- 04
Feedback
The interface shows the state and important events enter the log.
Honest boundaries
Not every device is worth integrating.
We examine protocol, local control, offline behaviour, vendor updates and serviceability. Sometimes a device’s native control is more reliable than a fragile integration.
Compatibility, failure behaviour and backup are defined for the selected architecture. We do not make universal ‘works with everything’ claims.
Your property
Start with a plan, not a device list.
