This text describes the intended practice for syncopia.ge and its English version. Before it is published as a legal notice, a specialist should review it against the data controller, infrastructure and applicable law.

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number or messenger handle.
  • Project information: location, property type and area, stage, objectives, investment range, constraints, plans and equipment information.
  • Correspondence, attachments and the history of project discussions.
  • Standard web-request data that may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers: IP address, browser and device type, request time, requested page and diagnostic logs.
  • Data sent to third-party platforms when embedded Instagram or YouTube content loads, including possible cookies and similar identifiers.
